叶天士《临证指南医案》应用仲景泻心汤方证辨析

摘　　要：《临证指南医案》记录了清代医家叶天士临床诊疗经验,由其门人华岫云等依据叶氏临证医案整理编撰而成。其辑录运用经方医案数量可观,反映了叶天士的医学思想和思路方法,具有鲜明的学术特点。对《临证指南医案》中明确提出泻心汤方名,或药物组成确为仲景泻心汤,或虽未明确方名,但明确提出泻心法,且方症具备的案例有22例进行分析,归纳叶天士对仲景泻心汤的临床应用,对继承和发挥张仲景思想意义重大。The Linzheng Zhinan Yi ＇an （Medical Records as a Guide to Clinical Work） was a medical record monograph revised by the students of YE Tian-shi, HUA Xiu-yun and so on according to the clinical experience of this master in Qing Dynasty. It recorded a great amount of experienced prescriptions, reflecting his academic thinking in medicine and possessing some bright academic characteristics. In this paper, the clearly introduced prescription of Xiexin decoction in ＂Medical records as a Guide to Clinical Work＂, the prescription identified as Xiexin decoction from the herb complement, or the therapeutic method clearly provided as the effect of Xuexin decoction, although without the clear name and 22 cases using the prescription and indicated symptom were analyzed. To summary the clinical application of ZHANG Zhong-jing Xiexin decoction by YE Tian-shi has very important significance for inheriting and expending the thoughts of ZHANG Zhong-jing.
