柴胡、黄芩及其配伍抗大鼠肝纤维化作用研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究柴胡、黄芩配伍抗肝纤维化的作用。[方法]采用饲喂高脂饲料,饮用10%乙醇及皮下注射四氯化碳(CCL4)的复合因素法建立大鼠肝纤维化模型,应用柴胡、黄芩及配伍进行干预,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测大鼠血清中透明质酸(HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、层黏蛋白(LN)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)的变化,探讨柴胡、黄芩及柴胡、黄芩2∶1配伍对肝纤维化大鼠的影响。[结果]柴胡-黄芩2∶1配伍能降低综合因素所致肝纤维化血清中HA、PCⅢ和Ⅳ-C的浓度(P<0.05)。[结论]柴胡、黄芩及配伍具有一定抗肝纤维化作用。[Objective] To study the effect of Bupleurum, Seutellaria and its compatibility on hepatic fibrosis in rats. [Methods] Using the method of feeding fat diet, drinking 10% alcohol and subcutaneous injecting CCIA to lead to liver fibrosis in rat and applying Bupleurum, Seutellaria and its compatibility to treat 7 days later. The serum concentration of hyaluronic acid （HA）, Ⅲ procollagen （PC Ⅲ）, laminin （LN） and type IV collagen （IV-C） was detected with ELISA. [Results] Bupleurum, Scutellaria and its compatibility could decrease the concentrations of HA, PC m and IV-C in rats with hepatic fibrosis and the effect was significant in Bupleurum and Scutellaria compatibility （2：1） group. [Conclusion] Bupleurum,Scutellaria and its compatibility has some certain effect against hepatic fibrosis in rats.
