摘　　要：为探究新医改下沉的一年中我国县级医院的综合竞争力状况,对香港艾力彼医院管理研究中心推出的2011年"中国县级医院·竞争力100强"排行榜进行描述性统计分析,并与2010年的数据进行比较,得到中国竞争力百强县级医院分布现状及两年的变化情况,为推动中国县级医院深化医改、提升竞争力,树立可借鉴的标杆提供数据上的支持。To explore the competitive power of hospitals at county level in the year of medical reform nationwide,the authors made the descriptive statistical analysis on the list of the top 100 hospitals at county level with competitive power put forward by the Research Center,compared the data in 2010 with those in 2011 and learned about the distributions of the top 100 hospitals at county level with competitive power and the changing situations in the past two years.This research provides data support for promoting the deepening of medical reform in hospitals at county level in China,enhancing competitiveness and establishing the marking pole as reference.
