摘　　要：目的通过了解"先诊疗后付费"制度的具体实行步骤,该制度实施后对医院门诊医患关系的现状是否有影响,研究其利弊;在该措施的基础上提出改进意见,加以完善。方法统计学分析,辅以深度访谈的方法。结果该制度实行后给患者带来了便利,医院窗口服务压力有所缓解,对改善医患关系有一定促进作用。结论虽然制度实施后有一定的优势,但仍然存在着一些问题,需要及时调整完善该制度。Objective To study the advantages and disadvantages of the system of ＂first diagnosis and treatment and then payment＂ and put forward the opinions for improvement.Methods Learning about the concrete implementing steps of the system and the influence on the current doctor-patient relationship after the implementation of the system in outpatient.Statistic analysis and in depth interview were employed.Results The implementation of the system brings convenience to the patients,there is a slight ease in window service pressures in hospitals,which motivates the improvement in doctor-patient relationship.Conclusion There are still some problems though some advantages go with the system implementation.Therefore,the system needs to be timely adjusted and improved.
