摘　　要：医院科室文化建设是科室管理的重要组成部分,对军队医院科室的特殊性,医疗过程中人文关怀不足的现状进行了分析,通过对军队医院开展科室文化建设的必要性和重要性进行思考和整理,为更好地进行科室文化建设提供参考。Cultural construction in departments of hospitals is an ingredient part of department management.The authors of the paper analyze the specific characteristics of military hospital department and the insufficient humanistic care in medical process and put the necessity and significance of cultural construction in departments of military hospitals into consideration and integrity and provide the reference for doing better in cultural construction in departments.
