摘  要:在半固态成形工艺中,对温度的波动幅度较小的初始固相率的选择是顺利实施半固态成形工艺的先决条件.借助计算机辅助热分析方法,通过试验研究镁合金AM60固相率与温度的关系,结果表明,镁合金AM60固相率对温度的变化极为敏感,当初始固相分数从20%过渡到30%,初始固相率波动幅度为(12.8%~19.2%)/℃;当初始固相分数从30%过渡到40%,初始固相率波动幅度为(7.8%~10.4%)/℃;当温度在577.9~589.9℃区间内,镁合金AM60固相分数则始终维持在62%上下.因此,镁合金AM60半固态成形工艺中,其合理的初始固相率为62%.The initial solid rate and its little fluctuations with temperature was the prerequisite for semi-solid formability.A research was implemented through an experiment based on the computer aided thermal analysis,which achieved the quantitative relationship between the semisolid solid-phase rate and temperature.It is shown that the solid-phase rate of AM60 alloys is extremely sensitive to its temperature that initial solid rate fluctuate from 12.8% to 19.2%/℃ when the solid-phase rate of the alloys changed from 20% to 30%,and from 7.8% to 10.4%/℃ when the solid-phase rate of the alloy changed from 30% to 40%,and the temperature range from 577.9℃ to 589.9 ℃,when the solid rate is always maintained at around 62%.The result indicates that the proper initial solid rate should be 62%.
