摘　　要：文章介绍了二水硫酸钙结晶过程与结晶器研究现状,对基于Fluent软件的结晶器三维数学模拟研究的进展进行了综述,概述了其在三维数学模拟模型建立与优化研究中的应用,并对其在二水硫酸钙结晶器设计与优化研究中的应用进行了展望,表明基于Fluent软件的结晶器三维数学模拟在二水硫酸钙生产中具有巨大的发展潜力与良好的应用前景。The research status of crystallization process and crystallizer of gypsum is intro- duced in the paper. Meanwhile, progress in three - dimensional mathematical simulation of crystal- lizer based on Fluent is summarized, and the application of the three - dimensional model on con- struction and optimization analysis is also described. Furthermore, the prospect of Fluent applied in the design and optimization of gypsum crystallizer is introduced. Finally, it is put forward that the three - dimensional mathematical simulation of crystallizer, which is based on the Fluent, has great potential and useful prospect in the production of gypsum.
