摘　　要：目的:评价临床路径管理在我院剖宫产手术中的应用效果。方法:将已实施临床路径管理的剖宫产术患者180例设为路径组,未实施临床路径管理的剖宫产术患者180例作为对照组,对两组患者的住院天数、住院费用、药品费用、术后并发症、患者满意度等指标进行比较和评价。结果:路径组在住院天数、住院费用、药品费用、患者满意度等指标方面均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义;但术后并发症发生率无明显改变。结论:临床路径应用于剖宫产术治疗中,简化了诊疗过程,规范了医疗行为,提高了医疗工作效率,合理有效控制不合理医疗费用,有利于医疗资源的合理使用,促进了医疗质量的持续改进,但尚存在不少问题,仍需持续改善。Objective To evaluate the path management in our hospital cesarean operation.Methods Have implemented clinical pathwaye for the management of patients with cesarean section in 180 cases set path group,not the implementation of clinical pathway for management of patients with cesarean section in 180 cases as control group,two groups of patients with length of stay,hospital charges,drug costs,postoperative complications,Such as patient satisfaction index for comparison and evaluation.Results The path groups in length of hospital stay,hospital charges,drug costs,such as patient satisfaction index is significantly superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant;however,the rate of postoperative complications and no obvious change.Conclusion the application of clinical pathway in the treatment of cesarean section.simplifies the process of diagnosis and treatment,standard medical behavior,improve medical efficiency,reasonable and effective control of unreasonable medical cost,is beneficial to the rational use of medical resources,promote the continuous improvement of medical quality,but there are many problems,still need to continue to im
