负压引流预防腹部切口感染护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨有效预防严重污染切口感染的治疗和护理措施。方法:回顾Ⅲ类伤口262例,随机分为两组。观察组182例将硅胶管置于腹膜外肌层下及脂肪层下持续负压引流,并加强术前、术后护理,对照组用常规方法缝合伤口,常规护理。结果:观察组中仅3例感染(1.6%),对照组80例患者中14例感染(17.5%)。结论 :负压引流并加强术前、术后护理预防切口感染简单有效。Objective Explore effective in preventing serious pollution of wound infection treatment and care measures.Methods Look back the 262 lases of polluted slces which is from 1999 to 2009 in the department of general sugryery in our hospital,divide them into two groups at randomly.In the 182 cases from the research group,drainage is continuously done under the pressure which is below atmosphere with the silica tube placed under the muscle layer and fat layer outside the peritoneum,while the cases from the contrast group,the wonnd is sewn up by the rontine method.Results 3 of the 182 cases from the research group was infected,cnstituting 1.6%.but 14 of the 80 cuses from the contrast group were in fected,constituting 17.5%（P0.05）.Conclusion The method of drainage under the pressure ang nursing intervention which is below atmosphere to prevent slice infection is simple yet effective.
