摘　　要：目的:了解不同求询者的艾滋病防治意识和感染情况。方法:通过收集艾滋病自愿咨询检测相关数据,对不同人群的社会人口学特征和检测结果进行分析。结果:数据分析表明,3年参与艾滋病自愿咨询检测的人群中,男性多于女性,发现的HIV感染者以男性居多,男女比例相差较大。求询的不同群体中,男男性接触人群的感染率持续维持在较高水平,其次为阳性者配偶或性伴群体,其他人群的感染率基本上在1%以下,90%的求询者是第一次参与HIV抗体检测。结论:艾滋病自愿咨询检测在普及艾滋病防治知识和感染者发现和扩大检测面起到了重要作用,男男性接触人群的感染率在上升,应重点加强这一人群的防治工作。Objective To realize the awareness and infection status of AIDS of the various seekers. Method Analyzed the test results and their social and demology characters among various groups by collecting 2009,2010 and 2011 related VCT data of Jilin prov- ince. Results The results of the data showed that male seekers were more than female and the ratio of male to female was about 3 ： 1 ,more male infections have been found. Higher infection rate of MSM group could be seen and the infection rate of people whose spouses and sex partners were HIV positive was in the next place and the infection rates of any other people groups were under 1%. More than 90% seekers got access to VCT for the first time. Conclusion VCT program palys an important role in popularizing AIDS prevention and control informa- tion,enlarging the scope of test and finding HIV/AIDS and the infection rate is rising among MSM group and prevention and control work must be strengthened among this group.
