中药颈椎号对颈神经炎大鼠血浆中6-K-PGF_(1α)和TXB_2的影响

摘　　要：目的 :为了观察中药颈椎 号对模拟颈神经根大鼠血浆中 6-酮 -前列腺素 F1α(6-K-PGF1α)和血栓素 B2 (TXB2 )含量的影响。方法 :将 4 0只模拟颈神经根炎 Wistar大鼠随机分为四组 :颈椎 号中剂量组、颈椎 号高剂量组、颈复康组及空白对照组 ,分别给予颈椎 号中剂量、高剂量、颈复康及凉开水 ,于造模后 1 4天 ,取血浆进行 6-K-PGF1α和 TXB2 含量的放射免疫测定。结果 :颈椎 号中剂量、高剂量可以明显减轻模型鼠血浆中的 6-K-PGF1α和 TXB2 含量。结论 :颈椎Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicinal herbs decoction,Jingzhui No I (JZⅠ) to the 6KPGF 1α and TXB 2 of imitated cervical radiculoneuritis rat's blood under the radioimmunoasay.Methods:40 Wistar rats were operated for modelling imitated cervical radiculoneuritis and then divied into 4 groups:moderate and high dosage JZⅠ groups,orally given moderate dosage or hign dosage JZⅠ once per day;Jingfukang a eutherapeutic Chinese herbs in treating radiculoneuritis and blank control group,given water only 14 days after operation,the blood were taken out for radiculoneuritis observation.Result:The JZⅠ with moderate and high dosages could obviously alleviate the content of 6KPGF 1α and TXB 2 in the blood.Conclusion:JZⅠ can alleviate inflammatory reaction,inhibit inflammation of the imitated cervical extravasated blood.
