摘  要:安装防雷器(SPD)是通信电源系统中最普遍的防雷击措施,防雷器性能的优劣直接影响着通信电源的安全运行,采集分析和管理防雷器实时运行数据是及时判断其优劣性能的重要方法。文章主要介绍了SPD智能监测数据采集器的工作原理,并就其在实际通信调度中的管理应用进行了探讨。从对防雷器实时数据的采样、缓存、读取等方面阐述其工作过程,并对其利用现有通信网络平台实现通信调度中心站的数据采集和管理应用进行了简单介绍。The installation of surge protective device (SPD) is the most common lightning protection measures in the communication power supply system. The performance of SPD directly affects the safe operation of communication power supply, the collection, analysis and management of SPD real-time operating data are the important method of judging its performance timely. This paper mainly introduces the operating principle of SPD intelligent monitoring data acquisition unit, and discusses the management and application in the actual communication scheduling. From the sampling, cache, reading of SPD real-time data, this paper expounds its operating process, and introduces simply the data collection and management application which used the existing communication network platform to realize communication dispatch center.
