摘　　要：目的 :探讨丹仙康骨胶囊 (下称康骨胶囊 )促进骨折愈合作用与血清内生长激素 (GH)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)及血钙的关系。方法 :制作大鼠胫骨骨折模型 ,以康骨胶囊灌胃 (PO)于骨折后 7、1 4、2 1、2 8天分别股静脉取血 ,用鼠 GH放免试剂盒 ,测定血清 GH浓度 ,用全自动生化分析仪测定血清 AKP及血钙含量。结果表明骨折后服用康骨胶囊大鼠血清 GH浓度增高 ,血清 AKP活性增强 ,而血钙降低。结论Objective:To discuss the relationship between the mechenism of accelerrate in bone union with Danxian bone recovering capsule and the level of serum growth.Hormone(GH)、alkaline phosphatase (AKP) and serum calcium (Ca).Method:Making mouse model of fracture of tibia.the blood specimen being obteined from femoral vein puncture in 7、14、21 and 28 days after fracture of tibia and pouring bone recovering capsule into stomach respectively.The level of serum GH was detected with GH radioimmunoessay of mouse.The content of serum AKP and Ca were detccted with automatic analyser.Result:Indicated that the level of the mouse serum GH and the activity of the serum AKP for taking bone recovering capsule after fracture of tibia were higher than that of the control,but the level ofthe serum Ca was on the contrary.Conclusion:All the result indicated that the bone recovering capsule progressed the mechenism of bone union.
