放射性生物微球技术测定脊髓血流量及意义的实验观察

摘　　要：为了了解脊髓损伤后期局部血流量与神经功能的关系，采用放射性生物微球技术对兔脊髓损伤模型的脊髓血流量测定和神经功能评分。结果显示两者并不存在线性关系。可见脊髓血流量的改善不能反映神经功能状态，其中涉及多方面因素。In order to study the relationship of the local blood flow and the nervus function of the spinal cord injury later period in rabbit model, the author measured the capacity of the local blood flow in the spinal cord injury by the radiolabelling microsphere technique and the nervus function grade. The results showed there are not correlation between the local blood flow and the nervus function. It is obvious that the nervus function deal with many factors, the increase of the local blood supply don't improve the nervus function status.
