藏药七味红花殊胜胶囊治疗淤胆型肝炎的疗效观察——附11例分析

摘　　要：应用藏药七味红花殊胜胶囊治疗 1 1例淤胆型肝炎 ,同时观察激素治疗组 7例及对照组 9例。藏药治疗组及激素治疗组在治疗后 2、4周血清 ALT、ALP、TBil及 AST下降优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1、P<0 .0 5 ) ,藏药治疗组及对照组无药物副反应及并发症发生 ,激素治疗组药物副反应及并发症发生率为4 2 .9%。提示七味红花殊胜胶囊治疗淤胆型肝炎可以加速黄疸的消退和肝功的恢复 ,缩短临床疗程 ,且副反应少。To observe the efficacy and safety of Tibetan medicine capsule Qiweihonghua Shusheng in treatment of cholestatic hepatitis.Methods:Twenty-seven patients with cholestatic hepatitis were divided into group A,B and C.Patients in group A received Dexamethasone of Prednisone for four weeks,patients in group B received capsule Qiweihonghua Shusheng for eight weeks,patients in group C received Glucurolactone as control group.Results:At the end of treatment,ALT,ALP,TBil and AST level significantly decreased in the patients of both group A and group B than which in control group (P<0.01,P< 0.05),and the rate of sideeffect in the patients of group A is 42.9%.Conclusion:The capsule Qiweihonghua Shusheng is efficient to treat patients with cholestatic hepatitis,furthermore it is safe,especially for those of limited to use Glucocorticoids.
