摘  要:目的:观察小分子多肽类物质心肌肽素对心肌匀浆孵育脂质过氧化的影响。方法:制备5%(质量体积浓度)大鼠新鲜心肌匀浆液。取1.9ml匀浆液,分别加入0.1ml生理盐水及不同浓度心肌肽素,使心肌肽素终浓度分别为5,10,20μg/ml,置37℃水浴振荡60min。分别以硫代巴比妥酸法和光化学扩增法检测心肌脂质过氧化反应终产物MDA的含量及细胞内SOD活性。结果:心肌肽素可剂量依赖性地显著降低心肌匀浆中MDA的含量,提高SOD活性。结论:心肌肽素有抗心肌脂质过氧化损伤的作用。Objective:To observe the effects of cardiomyopeptidin(CMP) belonged to small molecular weight polypeptides on lipid peroxidation in rat myocardial homogenate subjected to incubation. Methods: The solution of 5% (W/V) fresh myocardial homogenate was prepared, taking 1.9 ml homogenate solution and adding respectively 0.1 ml normal saline or CMP in dif-ferent concentrations, the final concentrations of CMP were 5,10,20 μg/ml respectively and the solution was incubated with vibration in water bath at 37℃for 60 min. The content of malondialdehyde(MDA, the last production of lipid peroxidation reaction) was detected with TBA assay and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) was measured by light-chemistry way. Results:CMP could markedly and dose-dependently decrease MDA content and increase SOD activity in rat myocardial homogenate. Conclusion:CMP had effects of preventing injury caused by lipid peroxidation in myocardium.
