摘　　要：目的:分析我科经阿糖胞苷联合化疗后致IV度骨髓抑制白血病患者的护理及效果。方法:采用规范化的护理方法,加强无菌观念,身心护理并重,进行细致的病情观察和有效的护理干预。结果:12例病患都不同程度出现了IV度骨髓抑制,经过前期干预及后期系统化护理,化疗后安全出院。结论:有效的护理措施能帮助患者安全度过骨髓抑制期,顺利完成化疗。Objective：To analyze the effects of nursing care of leukemia patients with IV bone marrow depression resulted by cytarabine combination chemotherapy. Methods： Using standardized methods of care, strengthen the concept of sterile, take both physical and psychological care, detailed observation and effective nursing intervention. Results： All of the 12 patients have different de- grees IV~ bone marrow depression, but everyone was discharged safely after chemotherapy, by the pre - intervention and systematic nursing care. Conclusions： Effective nursing interventions could help the patient pass through the period of bone marrow suppression, and complete chemotherapy successfully.
