摘 要:[目的]建立了一种离子色谱法直接进样测定饮用水中溴酸盐的方法。[方法]选用高效高柱容的A Supp 7-250离子色谱柱,抑制型电导检测器,直接进样测定饮用水中的溴酸盐。[结果]当淋洗液浓度为3.6mol/L,流速为0.7μl/min时,保留时间接近的BrO3-与Cl-能完全基线分离。溴酸盐在0~200μg/L的浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数r=0.9996,最低检出限为3.84μg/L,回收率在91.8~102.7%之间,RSD<4.5%。[结论]该方法操作简单、灵敏度高,可应用饮用水中痕量溴酸盐的检测分析。[ Objective] To establish a direct injection ion chromatography method for the determination of bromate in drinking Water. [Methods] By means of high capacity and high efficient chromatography column, suppressor conductivity detector, bromate in drinking water was determined directly. [ Results ] When the eluent concentration was adjusted to 3.6 mol/L and the flow to 0.7μl/min, the retention time of BrO3^- and Cl^- was close and could be completely baseline separated. Bromate bad,good linearity within the concentration range of 0-200μg/L, with co - efficient r = 0. 9996, minimum detectability 3.84μg/L, recovery rate being between 91.8 and 102.7% and RSD 〈 4.5%. [ Conclusion ] The method has the advantages of simple operation and high sensitivity, which can be used for the analysis of trace bromate in drinking water.
