医生版Jefferson同理心量表的信度与效度分析

摘　　要：目的考核医生版Jefferson同理心量表的信度与效度。方法抽取辽宁省内6家三级甲等医院的临床医生933人,采用医生版Jefferson同理心量表及基本信息问卷进行调查。随机抽取60人在4周后进行重测,评定量表的重测信度;Cronbach’α系数考察量表的内部一致性;用探索性因子分析考察量表的结构效度;计算各条目与各维度之间的Pearson相关系数(r)来分析量表的内容效度。结果医生版Jefferson同理心量表Cronbach’α系数为0.796,重测相关系数为0.78;探索性因子分析结果显示,观点选择、情感关怀、换位思考三个因子的累计方差贡献率为72.128%,说明量表的结构效度较好。结论医生版Jefferson同理心量表的信度及效度较好,能够真实地反映出临床医生的同理心水平现状。Objective To assess the reliability and validity of the Jefferson Scale of Physician Empathy.Methods A total of 933 physicians from 6 Grade III-A hospitals in Liaoning province were surveyed by Jefferson Scale of Physician Empathy and questionnaire of basic information.60 physicians were randomly selected to be re-surveyed after 4 weeks to assess the test-retest reliability.Cronbach＇α coefficient and exploratory factor analysis were used to assess the internal consistency and the construct validity respectively.The content validity was analyzed with Pearson correlation coefficients between different items and dimensions.Results The Cronbach＇α coefficient was 0.796.The correlation coefficient between the test and retest results was 0.78.The exploratory factor analysis showed that perspective taking,compassionate care and ability to stand in patients＇ shoes owned a contribution rate of 72.128%,which suggested that the construct validity of the scale was good.Conclusions Jefferson Scale of Physician Empathy has good reliability and validity.It can reflect the current empathy level of the physicians.
