摘 要:通过室内大比例尺路堤湿化变形模型试验,分析秦岭山区糜棱岩化条带状粉砂质千枚岩湿化与时间的变形规律及湿化前后的变形量,并预测现场9.6 m高的变质软岩填料路堤最大湿化沉降量;基于湿化变形的基本原理,编写采用单线法进行路堤湿化变形的有限元分析程序,对变质软岩填料路堤进行湿化变形有限元分析,并与室内模型试验进行对比分析。研究结果表明,高为9.6 m的变质软岩填料路堤最大湿化沉降量为6.3 cm,符合公路路基设计规范。有限元计算结果与试验实测结果较吻合,对秦岭山区软岩路基的设计、施工与质量控制起到一定借鉴作用。Through the model test of the wetting deformation of the indoor large'scale embankment, this article analyzes the deformation law of the time and wetting of the aleuritic phyllite which is stripped and mylonitized in Qinling mountains and the deflection amount before and after the wetting, and on the spot estimates the maximum settlement amount of the 9.6 meter-high of the metamorphic soft rock-filling embankment. Based on the fundamental principle of the wetting deformation and the finite element analysis program of the embankment wetting deformation by using the single-line method, it analyzes the finite element of the wetting deformation of the metamorphic soft rock-filling embankment and compares the indoor model test. The research result shows that the maximum wetting settlement amount of the 9.6 meter-high of the metamorphic soft rock-filling embankment is 6.3 meters, which meets the standard of the highway roadbed design code. The finite element calculation results in good agreement with the real experimental values can be used as reference for the design of the soft rock roadbed in Qinling mountains and the construction and quality control.
