摘  要:以猴樟、香樟当年生幼苗为材料,研究10月至次年3月自然温度变化对猴樟和香樟幼叶中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和脂肪酸含量的影响。结果表明,在自然降温过程中,2种樟树叶片中的MDA含量呈现先升高后降低的单峰曲线变化趋势,SOD呈现升-降-升-降的双峰曲线;脂肪酸组成成分主要有肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸;IUFA值(脂肪酸不饱和指数)变化趋势与亚麻酸含量及不饱和脂肪酸含量变化趋势相同,均呈先上升后下降趋势。其中猴樟的MDA含量、SOD活性及IUFA值高于香樟,综合各项指标,猴樟幼苗的抗寒性略强于香樟。Taking the seedling of Cinnamomum bodinieri and Cinnamomum camphora as material, a study was car- ded out on the effect of SOD , MDA and fatty acid in their leaves with the changes of natural temperature during October to March. The result indicated that: with the changes in temperature and season, the content of MDA in the two camphor tree leaves shows a single peak curve trend first and then decreased. SOD shows a up-down-up down bimodal curve. The majority of fatty acid compositions were myristic acid, palmitic acid, static acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid. IUFA value showing a trend of increased and then decreased. The linolenic acid value and the unsaturated fatty acid value take the same trend as the IUFA. Compare the test indicators in the com- prehensive analysis of the experimental, the cold resistance of Cinnamomum bodinieri seedlings is slightly stronger than Cinnamomum camphora seedlings.
