摘  要:多喷嘴对置式粉煤水冷壁气化技术由水煤浆气化及煤化工国家工程研究中心、华东理工大学和中国天辰工程有限公司共同研发而成。该装置生产能力大,煤种适应性强,可使用高灰熔点的煤种;与耐火砖气化炉相比,每年可减少40 d的耐火砖更换时间;炉壳承受高压,水冷壁承受高温,以渣抗渣,实现水冷壁气化炉的长周期运行。This technology is studied and developed jointly by the National Engineering and Research Center of Coal-Water Slurry and Coal Gasification, Huadong University of Science and Engineering and China Tianchen Engineering Co., Ltd. The unit is high in production capacity and adaptability for type of coal, and suitable for the type of coal with high ash fusion point; when compared with the refractory tile gasifiers, the replacement time of the tile can be decreased by 40 d a year; the gasifier shell is capable of bearing high pressure, the water cooled wall is capable of bearing high temperature, the slag is used to resist slag erosion, thereby realizing the long-period operation of the gasifier.
