摘 要:钙渣和钾矿是制备硅钙钾肥的原料,两者混合均匀程度(混匀度)直接影响最终产品的质量。研究采用中性水作提取剂,通过铬酸钡分光光度法测定钙渣和钾矿混合料的提取液中SO24-的含量,以此来衡量混匀度。研究结果表明:采用该法的测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.38%,加标回收率为97.5%~100.4%,精密度和准确度良好,测定混匀度的相对误差在±2%范围内,操作简单、快速,可满足测定要求并应用于生产实践。Calcium slag and potassium mineral are the raw materials for the preparation of siliconcalcium potassic fertilizers, and the evenness of their mixture affects directly of the quality of the final product. A study is made by using neutral water as the extractant, the SO4 2- content in the extract from the mixture is determined by barium chromate spectrophotometry, and the evenness of the mixture is measured. The results of the study show that the relative standard deviation of the method is 1.38% , the indexed recovery is 97.5% - 100.4% , the precision and accuracy are satisfactory, the relative error of the evenness determined is in the rang of ± 2%, the operation is simple and rapid, thus satisfying the requirements in determination, and the method is applied in production practice.
