摘 要:利用天然矿物材料和生物高分子材料复配物经辐射改性制成控失剂,研制出控失性复合肥料。控失性复合肥料可以在原复合肥料造粒装置上进行生产,无需增加新的附属设备,适用于圆盘、转鼓、氨化、喷浆等造粒生产工艺。添加控失剂后,配方成本仅增加5%左右。经大田试验结果表明:肥效明显,能控制肥料养分流失,且效益显著。Natural mineral and biological polymer complexes are modified by radiation to give loss preventives, and loss preventive compound fertilizers are developed. Loss preventive compound fertilizers can be produced in the original compound fertilizer granulators, no new additional accessory equipment is required, and they are suitable for granulation by disks, rotary drums, ammoniation and spherodizers. With the addition of the loss preventives, formulation eost increases only by about 5 %. Field experimental results show that fertilizer efficiency is remarkable, loss of fertilizer nutrients is under control, and the benefit is significant.
