摘  要:将基于方差的全局灵敏度分析方法——Sobol'法引用到换热网络灵敏度分析中。阐述Sobol'法全局灵敏度分析法原理,分析影响换热网络灵敏度因素数值模拟的实现。以某换热网络为例,采用Sobol'法对物流的进出口温度以及热容流率,换热器的传热系数以及传热面积等影响因素进行了全局灵敏度分析。通过比较各因素对换热网络的一阶灵敏度及总灵敏度,分析单个因素以及多个因素联合对换热网络的影响。甄别出对换热网络系统运行影响较大的敏感因素以及影响较小但存在交互影响的因素。A global sensitivity analysis method based on variance-Sobol' method is introduced for the analysis of heat exchange network. The principle of Sobol' method is narrated. The realization of numerical simulation that influential factors of heat exchange network sensitivity is analyzed. Taking a heat exchange network for instance,the impact factors that the import temperature export temperature and Heat capacity flow rate of logistics, the heat transfer coefficient and heat transfer area of heat exchanger are analyzed by global sensitivity analysis. The influence is analyzed by the single or combined multiple factors of heat exchange network by comparing first-order sensitivity and total sensitivity of factors. Sensitive factors are chosen ,which have higher impact and less but interaction impact on heat exchange network system.
