摘　　要：目的评估银染法鉴定铜绿假单胞菌生物被膜的效果。方法体外平板法制备铜绿假单胞菌生物被膜模型,用银染法观察鉴定。结果银染后普通光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察铜绿假单胞菌生物被膜。结论银染法鉴定铜绿假单胞菌生物被膜简单可靠。Objective To evaluate the effect of sliver staining method on the identification of Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilms.Methods Sliver staining was carried out to identify the Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilms which was constructed by plate method.Results Optical microscope and scanning electron microscope were used to observe the Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilms after sliver staining.Conclusion Sliver staining method was simple and reliable for the identification of Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilms.
