摘  要:采用多元分辨-交替最小二乘法(MCR-ALS)和紫外可见分光光度法研究了姜黄素在不同pH条件下的吸收光谱变化,及其在酸性、中性、碱性条件下的降解过程。光谱数据分辨结果显示了姜黄素在不同pH条件下以及降解过程的所有纯组分光谱和浓度分布曲线,并推测了姜黄素随pH值改变的结构,解析了姜黄素降解过程的动力学曲线。The absorption spectrum with different pH values and the degradation process of curcumin under acidic, neutral and alkaline media were studied in this paper using UV-visihle spectrophotometry. Experimental data was analyzed by multivariate curve resolution-alternating least squares method (MCR-ALS). It was shown by MCR-ALS that the spectra profiles and concentration profiles of all components with different pH values and degradation process in curcumin solutions. The changes of curcumin structure with different pH values were speculated and the kinetic curves of reaction process were resolved.
