摘 要:转子损耗造成转子局部高温是高速永磁无刷电机的主要问题之一。高速永磁无刷电机的转子损耗主要包括风摩损耗和涡流损耗,而涡流损耗主要由转子金属护套损耗和转子永磁体损耗组成。该文采用有限元的方法分析研究高速电机转子护套开周向浅槽对转子涡流损耗、风摩损耗及温升的影响;同时,分析了转子护套开槽前后的转子护套应力变化情况。通过上述分析,证明在转子护套上开周向浅槽可以有效减小高速电机转子损耗、降低转子温升,且不影响转子护套强度。Rotor temperature rise caused by rotor losses is a major problem in high-speed permanent magnet (PM) bmshless motors. The rotor losses mainly comprise of the air friction loss and the rotor eddy-current loss, whilst the rotor eddy-current loss is mainly composed of those in the metal retaining sleeve and in the permanent magnets. In this paper, finite element method was used to analyze the influence of sleeve circumferential grooves on the rotor eddy-current loss, air friction loss and temperature rise. Also, the retaining sleeve stress before and after grooving was comparatively analyzed. All studies verified that the circumferential grooves on the retaining sleeve could effectively reduce the rotor power loss and temperature rise, and hardly deteriorate to the retaining sleeve strength.
