摘 要:基于电磁场理论,提出一种双定子直线感应电机电感饱和特性的理论计算方法。该方法利用简化的多折线来近似实际的铁心磁化曲线,基于该简化磁化曲线,利用磁路法计算了电机的铁心磁阻及气隙磁阻,并将铁心磁阻折算到气隙磁阻中,推导出一种计及铁心磁阻的电机等效饱和气隙表达式,利用该式可方便的计算出电机饱和电感。另外,该文将三维有限元计算和理论解析计算相结合,有效的计及了电机端部线圈对饱和的影响。最后,建立了双定子直线感应电机的耦合饱和模型,并通过实验验证了模型的有效性。An analytical method to calculate the magnetic saturation factor of the double-stator linear induction motors (DSLIM) was proposed based on the electromagnetic theory. In this method, the BH curve was simplified with a multi-line curve. Based on this simplified curve, the core reluctance was calculated and transformed into the air-gap inductance. Then, an air-gap saturated factor expression, which was convenient for calculating the saturation inductance, was derived to describe the saturation effect of the iron. Additionally, combining with the linear 3D FEM method (3D FEM), the effects of the end windings to the magnetic saturation was accounted for in the method. Finally, a saturated coupled model of DSLIM was built and validated by tests.
