摘 要:介绍了一种适合小型电磁(阀)器件使用的在低磁场下具有高磁感应强度、低矫顽力的FeCr耐蚀软磁合金。通过适当降低Cr含量,可提高合金在低磁场下的磁感应强度;研究了不同Cr含量对合金磁性能的影响;分析了合金中主要添加元素Mo,Nb,稀土等在合金中所起的作用。In light of the valuable use of the material for electromagnetic device (valve) with high magnetic induction intensity at low magnetic field, this paper has introduced a FeCr corrosion-resistant soft magnetic alloy with low coercive force at low magnetic field that is applicable for small electromagnetic device (valve). The magnetic induction intensity at low magnetic field was increased through the reduction of Cr content and the effect of Cr con- tent on the magnetic behavior of the alloy was studied. Also, the effect of the main added el- ements such as Mo, Nb and rear earth metals in the alloy was analyzed.
