摘  要:目的评价米非司酮用于利凡诺中期引产的效果及安全性。 方法 96例中期妊振患者随机分为 3组。组 1:利凡诺引产后每 12h口服米非司酮 5 0mg ,共 3d ;组 2 :每 12h口服米非司酮 5 0mg ,共 2d ,48h后利凡诺引产 ;对照组单行利凡诺引产。观察 3组宫缩发动时间、宫缩至引产结束时间、引产总时间、副反应、阴道流血天数、出血量和月经复潮天数。 结果米非司酮促使宫缩发生、缩短引产时间、不增加阴道出血时间和出血量、不影响月经恢复 ,不需清宫、无特殊副反应。其中组 2的疗效更为明显。 结论利凡诺和米非司酮在中期引产合并使用可显著缩短引产时间 ,无特殊副反应 ,不需清宫。尤以口服米非司酮 2 0 0mg 。Objective To observe the expressive changes of urokinase type plasminogen activator receptor (uPAR) on cultured U 937 cell surface by uPA, anti uPA antibody,TNF α and other agents.Methods The method of radioligand binding assay of receptor (RBA) was used to examine the expression of uPAR in the experimental samples. Results Phorbol 12 myristate 13 acetate (PMA) was certified to have the ability to stimulate uPAR expression and to induce the adhesive activity of the cells.TNF α and IFN γ could also enhance the uPAR expression.The exogenous DFP-uPA showed the similar effect besides inducing cell adhesion for the PMA stimulated U 937 cells,but cycloheximide had the opposite effect. The polyclonal rabbit anti human urokinase antibodies showed a strong role to reduce uPAR expression on surface of the PMA treated U 937 cells,and lead to the cells fail to adherent to the inner wall of culture chamber. Conclusion According to the results, it was suggested that through the reactions between uPAR and uPA or other factors,the uPAR expressive changes could be induced and the both of the fibrinolytic and adhesive activitis would be regulated by monocytes or malignant tumor cells. Therefore,these cells could reveal the different tendencies in their invasion or metastasis.
