摘  要:分析一种新型键槽拉床的工作原理,建立其三维几何模型,通过ANSYS的ADPL二次开发工具对拉刀刀刃工作行程中刀刃与键槽相对变形进行有限元分析。研究进给量、拉刀杆结构尺寸和导向套尺寸对拉刀刃工作行程中刀刃与键槽相对位置变形的影响规律,给出加工工艺参数和键槽拉床结构参数与拉削精度之间的定量关系,得到拉削精度提高的键槽拉床工艺及结构参数选择方法与途径。研究工作为高精度键槽拉床设计提供相关技术基础。Based on the working principle of a new type of the keyway broaching machine, the 3D geometric model is built. The relative deformation between drawing knife blade and keyway in working stroke is analyzed through APDL second development tools of the finite element software ANSYS. The effects of the feed,structural sizes of cutter rod and sizes of cutter guiding rod on relative position deformation between drawing knife blade and keyway in working stroke is researched. The quantitative relationship between parameters of processing craft and keyway broaching machine structure and the cutting precision is given. The selection method and way of parameters of processing craft and structure to improve the broaching precision of keyway broaching machine is obtained. The research work provides relevant technological basis for the design of high precision keyway broaching machine.
