摘 要:目的研究餐后2h血糖(PBG2h)值与随后发生低血糖的相关性。方法对使用胰岛素治疗的糖尿病患者进行血糖监测,观察记录在PBG2h小于6mmol/L的情况下,餐后2h至下次进餐期间是否发生低血糖,了解低血糖的原因。结果共观察到160人231例次PBG2h小于6mmol/L的情况,对106例次PBG2h在4.0~5.9mmoi/L进行观察,60例次出现低血糖症状或咀糖≤3.9mmol/L,46例次未出现低血糖,低血糖发生率56.6%(60/106)。PB(记h值4.0~4,4、4.5~4.9、5.0~5.4、5.5~5.9mmol/L各段低血糖发生率分别为86.7%(13/15)、61.5%(24/39)、48.3%(14/29)、34.6%(9/26)。结论使用胰岛素的糖尿病患者当P13G2h低于6.0mmol/L时,随后发生低血糖的风险较高。且PBG2h值越低,随后低血糖发生率越高。Objective To study the association of 2h postprandial blood glucose (PBG2h) levels with the subsequent occurrence of hypoglycemia. Methods Monitor the blood glucose in the diabetes with insulin treament, observe and record whether is a hypoglycemia when the PBG2h is less than 6 mmol/L later, then find the cause of hypoglycemia. Results In total, observed PBG2h occurred 231 times of 160 people was less than 6.0 mmol/L. 106 cases of PBG2h in 4.0 -- 5.9 mmol/L were observed, in which 60 cases occurring symptoms of hypoglycemia or blood glucose vaule≤3.9 mmol/L, 46 cases without hypoglycemia, hypoglycemia incidence was 56.6% (60/ 106). The hypoglycemia rate at PBG2h 4.0--4.4, 4.5--4.9, 5.0--5.4, 5.5--5.9 mmol/L were 86.7% (13/15), 61.5% (24/39), 48.3% (14/29), 34.6% (9/26). Conclusions When the the PBG2h of diabetes useing insulin is less than 6.0mmol/L followed by higher risk of hypo- glycemia. And the PBG2h value is lower, the higher incidence of subsequent hypoglycemia.
