摘　　要：从杭州图书馆ISO9000质量管理体系认证实践出发,探讨图书馆建立质量管理体系的相关问题,包括ISO9000质量管理体系认证对图书馆质量管理的价值、对ISO9000质量管理体系建立的误解、ISO9000质量管理体系与图书馆绩效考核、文件内容正确编写及图书馆规章制度完善的重要性等。Based on the practice of ISO9000 quality management system certification of Hangzhou Public Library,the paper discusses the related issues of library quality management system establishment,including value of ISO9000 certification for library quality management system establishment,misunderstanding of system establishment,ISO9000 quality management system and library performance assessment,correct compilation of document contents,and the importance of the perfection of the original library rules and regulations.
