摘　　要：辽宁作为全国首批试点省份率先开展了公共电子阅览室建设工作,为节省资源,避免重复投入,加强管理,将共享工程基层点建设、数字图书馆推广工程、公共电子阅览室建设、辽宁文献资源合作网建设紧密结合在一起,建设多功能的公共文化服务平台。Liaoning,as the first batch of pilot provinces in the country,takes the lead in developing the construction of public electronic reading room.In order to save resources,avoid repeat investment and strengthen management,they combined the base service station of cultural sharing project,the promotion project of digital library,the construction of public electronic reading room and the construction of Liaoning cooperation network of literature resources closely.They built a multi-function public cultural service platform.
