摘 要:采用盐酸两段浸出氧化铝赤泥中的钒,钒浸出率达97.96%;二段浸出液经蒸发浓缩及净化除杂后,采用100%醋酸戊酯进行三级萃取,钒萃取率达到95.67%;对负载有机相采用10%NH4OH进行三级逆流反萃,钒反萃率达到97.23%;反萃水相经铵盐沉淀、热分解等工序后,得到纯度为98.50%的V2O5产品,钒总回收率为82.69%。Vanadium was recovered by two-stage hydrochloric acid leaching of alumina red mud, with vanadium leaching rate up to 97.96%. The resultant leached solution was evaporated,thickened and purified before 3-stage extraction with 100% amyl acetate,with V extraction rate up to 95.67%. 3-stage countercurrent stripping of the loaded organic phase was carried out with 10% NH4OH solution, with vanadium stripping rate up to 97.23%. The product containing 98.50% V2 O5 can be obtained by ammonium salt precipitation and thermal decomposition of stripping aqueous phase, and the overall vanadium recovery is up to 82.69%.
