摘 要:概述了含硒、碲和贵金属复杂物料常规处理方法的优缺点。重点介绍了俄罗斯某贵金属精炼厂的改进工艺及效果:用氢氧化钠溶液对物料进行浸出,使贵金属富集于碱浸残渣中;分步调节碱浸液的pH值,使硒、碲等金属沉淀分离,母液送脱贵金属置换处理;将碱浸残渣与置换产物混合熔炼。经此改进工艺处理,物料中的贵、贱金属均得到有效回收,并减少了后续母液置换过程的置换剂消耗。Advantages and disadvantages are summarized of the conventional treatment methods for complicated materials containing selenium,tellurium and precious metals. The improved process in a Russian precious metal refinery and its efficiency is emphatically introduced, including leaching of initial materials in NaOH solution to enrich precious metal in alkali leaching residue, step-by-step adjustment of alkali leaching solution pH to precipitate and separate base metals such as selenium and tellurium,precious metal replacement and removal from mother liquor, and mixing smelting of alkali leaching residue and replacement product. Using the improved process, both precious and base metals are effectively recovered, and displacer consumption is also reduced during subsequent mother liquor replacement.
