新疆地区军人特质应对状况与生活质量的关系研究

摘　　要：目的分析和探讨新疆地区陆军军人特质应对与其生活质量的关系。方法采用横断面研究,使用特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)和MOS SF-36量表的中文版对新疆地区426名军人的应激能力和生活质量进行问卷调查评估。结果该人群积极应对和消极应对分量表的值分别为37.23±5.59和22.86±6.21;被调查军人的积极应对情况与其生活质量8个维度均呈正相关(P<0.001),其消极应对情况与其生活质量8个维度均呈负相关(P<0.001)。结论军人特质应对与其生活质量存在密切关系,提高军人的生活质量有助于提高军人的特质应对能力,增强部队的战斗力。Objective To analyze and investigate the relationship between the trait coping style and quality of life of soldiers in Xinjiang area.Methods Cross-section study was used to complete this study.The trait coping style and the quality of life of 426 soldiers in Xinjiang area were surveyed by the trait coping style questionnaire and MOS SF-36 questionnaire.Results The scores of positive coping and negative coping were 37.23±5.59 and 22.86±6.21,respectively.The eight dimensions of the quality of life was positively correlated with PC in soldiers（P0.001）,but negatively correlated with NC（P0.001）.Conclusion The trait coping style is closely related to the quality of life of soldiers in the army.Improvement of the quality of life of the soldier helps to improve the trait coping ability,and thus enhance the combat power of army.
