摘  要:在中压废热锅炉制造中,大于等于50 mm中厚低合金钢与奥氏体不锈钢复合钢板的焊接和焊后热处理比较难以控制,特别是对接接头敏化后的耐晶间腐蚀及冷弯性能难以合格,也就是对接接头的铁素体含量和第二相的分布状态难以控制。操作者严格控制焊接工艺参数是保证中厚低合金钢与不锈复合钢板对接接头耐晶间腐蚀性能的关键。The welding of low alloy medium plate over or equal to 50 mm in thickness to stainless clad sheet is comparatively difficult to be controlled in the manufacture of the medium-pressure waste heat boiler, especially, the intercrystalline corrosion resistance and cold bending formability of sensitized butt joint are difficult to conform with the requirements, i. e., the amount of ferrite and the distribution of secondary phases in the butt joint are difficult to be controlled. The key to ensure the good intercrystalline corrosion resistance of butt joint of medium plate with stainless clad sheet lies in that the welding process parameters are to be strictly controlled by operators.
