摘  要:为保证高强度混凝土长距离输送的和易性和可泵性,以白马大桥(三跨变截面预应力混凝土连续刚构桥)为背景,从原材料的选择和控制,配合比的选配,混凝土的生产、运输、泵送等环节对长距离、高压、高强泵送混凝土进行设计和施工。在配合比设计时增加外掺料,采用三级配的碎石,使用高性能的外加剂和选择高压混凝土输送泵,从施工工艺和养护措施上保证混凝土的强度达到设计要求,可以使混凝土的和易性(保证无泌水、无泌浆、无沉淀抓底现象)、可泵性、凝结时间、强度及耐久性均满足气候、施工技术条件及混凝土质量要求。To ensure the workability and pumpability of the high-strength concrete delivered from long distance,the Baima Bridge(a three-span prestressed concrete continuous rigid-frame bridge with variable section) was cited as an example,the high-strength concrete for the bridge was designed and constructed from aspects of the selection and quality control of the raw materials,mix proportioning design,concrete production,delivery and pumping.In the mix proportioning design,the admixtures and cracked stones of three gradings were used so as to ensure that the concrete strength could meet the design requirements through utilization of the high performance admixture,high pressure concrete delivery pumps and the appropriate workmanship and curing measures.The concrete proportioned like that could ensure the quality of the concrete(with no water,no mortar bleeding and no settlement) and the pumpability,setting time,strength and durability could all accommodate to the climate conditions,construction technical conditions and construction quality requirements.
