摘  要:天津海河蚌埠桥纵拱为空间扭曲的箱形截面,除了在平面内存在曲线形、立面上有拱度外,还有最大角度达到了61°的自身扭曲。针对其特殊构造施工时先对纵拱进行详图深化设计,对组成纵拱箱体的顶、底板和腹板用AutoPOL软件进行展开处理,并进行校核后编程切割,以保证下料精度;再以详图中给出的搭胎数据坐标值为依据做固定胎,并以坐标值为依据检测胎具的准确性;然后根据搭胎数据用顶镐压钢板,配合火焰加热的方法,加工出所需的形状,并用坐标数据进行校核;最后组装成型。The longitudinal arch of the Bengbu Bridge in Tianjin is of the spatial torsional box section.In addition to the curved shape in plan,the bridge also has cambering in elevation and has the self-torsion up to the maximum angle of 61°.In the light of the special structure of the bridge,the bridge was firstly designed in details before it was constructed,the software AutoPOL was used to handle and check the top,bottom plates and the webs forming the box of the longitudinal arch,the computer program was compiled to cut the materials for the arch so as to ensure the accurate laying-off.Then the coordinate values for setting up the jig as given in the detailed drawings were taken as the basis,the jig was set up and the correctness of the jig was checked.Finally the steel plates were pressed by the jacking picks and with the aid of the flame heating method,the needed shapes of the steel plates were processed,checked by the coordinate values and the steel plates were assembled.
