蝰蛇咬伤治疗期间凝血功能动态变化分析

摘　　要：目的探讨蝰蛇咬伤治疗期间患者凝血功能的变化情况。方法将近10年来我院住院治疗的蝰蛇咬伤患者的检验资料进行整理,选择25例符合本文动态观察要求的患者,对其4项凝血指标进行统计分析。结果 4项凝血指标的PT、APTT和TT检测值在第1次检测时均非常高,治疗后呈进行性降低,至第6次检测时均已恢复至正常水平;而Fbg浓度在第1次检测时非常低,治疗后呈进行性升高,至第6次检测时才基本上恢复至正常水平。结论蝰蛇咬伤可引起凝血功能变化和引发DIC;治疗后,凝血功能明显改善和DIC逐渐好转,最终恢复至正常。Objective To study the change conditions for blood coagulation functions of patients during treatment of viper bite. Methods The all tested data were arranged for the viper bite patients at our hospital for hospital- ized treatments of viper bite in recent 10 years. 25 cases of conformed requisition for the dynamic observation were picked out in this article. Their 4 item blood coagulation indexes were made to statistical analysis. Results The PT, APTT and TT testing values of 4 item blood coagulation indexes all are very much high when in first determi- nation. They are progressive decreased after treatment. They are restored to normal level when in sixth determina- tion. The Fbg is very much low when in first determination. It is progressive raised after treatment. It is basically restored to normal level when in sixth determination. Conclusions The viper bite may bring about the changes of blood coagulation functions and produce the DIC. The blood coagulation functions are apparently improved and DIC gradually cured and they finally restored to the normal for viper bite patients when they pass through treatments in our hospital.
