复方溃疡散治疗消化性胃溃疡的实验与临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察复方溃疡散（FS）对消化性胃溃疡的疗效。方法：采用对小鼠应激法和腹腔注射利血手法分别造成动物急性胃溃疡模型，用冰醋酸对大鼠造成慢性胃溃疡模型，观察FS对动物急、慢性胃溃疡的疗效。同时观察药物对大鼠胃酸分泌和胃酶活性的影响以及FS对胃溃疡病人的疗效。结果：PS可明显减少溃疡发生率，缩小溃疡面积，并能显著抑制胃酸、胃酶分泌。结论：PS能抑制胃溃疡形成，减少胃酸分泌，抑制冒酶活性。To observe the therapeutice ffectiveness of Fufang Kuiyang powder on peptic gastric ul-cer. Metbods:We observed the therapeutic effectiveness of Fufang Kuiyang powder on acute gastric ulcer inducedby stress and by giving Reserpine intraperitoneally on mice,and on chronic gastric ulcer induced by acetic acid on rats. At the same time,we observed the influence of drugs on gastric acid secretion and pepsin activity of rats. We also observed the therapeutic effects of Fufang Kuiyang powder on the patients suffered from peptic gastric ulcer.Results:The experiment results showed that Fwhng Kuiyang powder obviously inhibited the formation of gastric ulcer and the secretion of gastric acid. Clinical studies showed that Fufang Kuiyang powder can produce strong therapeutic effects on patients suffered from acute and chronic gastric ulcer. Conclusion:Fufang Kuiyang powder can inhibit the formation of gastric ulcer,decrease the secretion of gastric acid and inhibit the activities of pepsin.
