太湖流域人群涉水活动的皮肤暴露参数研究

摘　　要：目的探讨太湖流域人群涉水活动的皮肤暴露参数。方法于2011年7月-2012年4月，对太湖流域无锡、常州、镇江3个城市居民共4225人进行问卷调查，对涉水活动的皮肤暴露参数进行研究，并与美国、日本、我国温岭、太原人群的皮肤暴露参数进行比较。结果太湖流域男性平均身高、体重为167．86cm、66．55kg，女性为160．20cm、57．97kg。均低于美国男性、女性人群平均身高和体重，与日本男性平均身高、体重无明显差异，高于日本女性平均身高和体重。太湖流域男性、女性的平均体表面积分别为1．722、1．571m：，比美国男性、女性分别低12．14％和7．04％，比日本男性、女性分别高1．89％和4．04％，比我国男性、女性平均值分别高1．89％和2．68％。流域男性、女性平均室内活动时间为15．08h／d，美国、日本、温岭、太湖流域人群室内活动时间排序为：太湖流域〈日本〈温岭〈太原〈美国。流域人群的室外活动时间为8．93h／d，比美国、日本、温岭和太原人群高51．36％～644．17％。流域男性的涉水活动时间较短，各地区人群每日平均洗澡时间排序为：太湖流域〈美国〈温岭〈日本。结论各地区人群皮肤暴露参数存在差异，若运用美国、日本、我国温岭、太原等地人群皮肤暴露参数，将对太湖流域人群健康风险评价结果造成一定偏差，利用太湖流域实测的人群皮肤暴露参数，会使风险评价结果更加精确。Objective To discuss the dermal exposure parameters which were related on water activity and air activity of residents living in the Taihu Lake basin. Methods During July 2011 to April 2012, 4 225 residents of three cities（Wuxi, Changzhou and Zhenjiang） in Taihu Lake basin were surveyed by questionnaires, and the dermal exposure parameters which were related on water activity and air activity were researched. The parameters were also compared with those of people in USA, Japan, Wenling and Taiyuan. Results The males＇ average height and weight in Taihu Lake basin were 167.86 cm and 66.55 kg respectively. The females＇ average height and weight were 160.20 cm and 57.97 kg respectively. The average height and weight of American males＇ increased by 4.97% and 23.50% respectively compared with those in the basin, the females＇ average height and weight increased by 1.31% and 19.80% respectively compared with those in the basin. But there was no significant difference between the average height and weight of males in the basin and those of Japanese males. The average height and weight of Japanese female decreased by 2.25% and 9.09% respectively compared with those of females in the basin. The total body surface area of the males and females in the basin were 1.722 m2 and 1.571 m2 respectively, which decreased by 12.14% and 7.04% respectively compared with those of American males and females, and increased by 1.89% and 4.04% respectively compared with those of Japanese males and females, and increased by 1.89% and 2.68% respectively compared with the average values of males and females in China. The average indoor activity time of people in the basin was 15.08 h/day, the average indoor activity time ranked as Taihu Lake basin〈Japanese〈Wenling〈Taiyuan〈American. The outdoor activity time of residents in the basin was 8.93 h/day, which increased by 51.36% to 644.17% compared with those of American, Japanese, Wenlin and Taiyuan.
