摘　　要：洪涝灾害不仅对受灾群众的人身安全和物质财产造成影响,而且对其心理健康也会产生不同程度的影响。国内外灾害事件心理调查结果表明,重大应激事件可使人产生焦虑、抑郁、躯体化反应、反应性精神病症状等心理疾病。该文从近年发表的有关洪水对受灾人群心理健康影响的研究中选择了几种常见的心理疾病,并从其定义、临床表现、洪灾后灾民心理状况等方面进行了综述。Flood disasters would not only cost countable life and material property,but also would cause uncertain detrimental outcomes of the victims＇ mental health. Disaster events at home and abroad psychological survey results showed that the major stress events can produce anxiety,depression,somatization reaction,reactive psychosis symptoms of mental illness. In this article, several former researches of mental influence caused by flood disasters in China's Mainland were discussed. The definition and clinical manifestations of several common mental diseases, and revealed the corresponding mental situations of these victims after the disaster were mainly focused on.
