摘  要:采用LCA对烧结钕铁硼永磁体生产过程进行详细分析,依据科学性、可操作性、系统性及规范性等评价指标选取原则,结合各工序环境影响因子和烧结钕铁硼永磁体生产工艺的系统边界图,确定了烧结钕铁硼永磁体清洁生产的评价指标体系。该评价体系包括原材料消耗指标、资源消耗指标、产品指标、污染物产生指标、废物回收利用指标5项1级指标和18项2级指标。应用层次分析法和综合指数评价方法计算各指标的权重和清洁生产综合评定值,并应用于赣州某烧结钕铁硼永磁体的清洁生产能力评价,评价结果与实际情况相符。The present paper is aimed at introducing a renovated cleaner production evaluation index of sinterlng Nd - Fe - B perma- nent magnet based on the life cycle assessment (LCA) method. In proceeding with our research, we had conducted detailed tracing analysis for the whole production process of sintering Nd - Fe - B per- manent magnets. On the basis of choosing a proper principle of clean- er production evaluation indexes in accord with the influential factors of the processes and the system boundary diagrams of sintering Nd - Fe -B permanent magnet-indicating processes, we have explored and clearly defined five primary indexes, including the raw material con- sumption index of sintering Nd - Fe - B permanent magnets cleaner production, the resource consumption index, the product index, the pollutant-generating index and the water-recycling index, addition to other eighteen secondary indexes. We have also adopted the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the comprehensive index evaluation method to work out the weighted values of all the evaluation indexes and comprehensive evaluation value of the cleaner production. More- over, the weight of all the evaluation indexes and comprehensive e- valuation value of the cleaner production have been adopted to evalu- ate the cleaner production capacity of a sample enterprise'in Ganzhou which is involved in sintering Nd - Fe - B permanent magnets. The e- valuation results prove to be in full conformity with the actual situa- tion. The evaluation results and the weight values of all the abovementioned evaluation indexes of the cleaner production can all contribute to their certain guiding significance in actual applications.
