公共图书馆设立学科采访馆员的构想

摘　　要：公共图书馆文献资源建设面临读者需求专业化、文献出版量增加、同质化现象严重及购书经费增加等新问题。公共图书馆要根据自身特点构建具有公共图书馆特色的学科采访馆员制度,建立集图书馆馆藏结构、读者需求、出版信息及多学科知识于一体的信息库,逐渐向高校图书馆学科采访馆员模式过渡。同时,公共图书馆还要确定学科采访馆员的岗位职责要求、发展阶段及每个阶段的工作内容。The construction of literature resources in public libmdes is facing some new problems such as the specializatiOn of readers＇ needs, the increase of the literature publication, the serious homogenization phenomenon, the raise of acquisition funds, and so on. According to features of public libraries, public libraries should construct the subject acquisition librarian system with characteristics of public libraries, establish information databases which integrate the structure of library collections, readers＇ needs, the publishing information and the knowledge of multiple disciplines, and make a transition to the mode of subject acquisition librarians in university libraries. At the same time, public libraries also should definite the post responsibility requirements, stages of the development and each stage of the work for subject acquisition librarians.
