摘 要:目的:优选出锡叶藤茎中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺,建立其总黄酮含量测定方法。方法:采用水浴回流提取锡叶藤茎中的黄酮化合物,紫外分光光度法测定锡叶藤茎总黄酮含量,通过单因素实验和正交试验,考察乙醇体积分数、液料比、提取时间及温度对其总黄酮含量提取率的影响。结果:确定了最佳提取工艺为50%的乙醇,液料比为25∶1,在温度为80℃下,加热回流提取1.25h,此条件下的总黄酮得率最高为14.71%。广西不同产地锡叶藤药材总黄酮含量为6.35~15.88%,平均含量为11.52%。结论:该提取工艺简单可行,含量测定方法重复性好,为壮药锡叶藤药材质量控制提供了依据。To optimally select extraction technology and establish the method of content determination of totalflavonoids from Zetracera asiatica stalk, a Zhuang medicine. METHODS Water bath backflow was adopted to extract the total flavonoids of Tetracera asiatica stalk, Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine content of the total flavonoids, and single-factor and orthogonal experiments were designed to evaluate the influence of four factors (including ethanol concentra- tion, liquid to material ratio and extraction time and temperature) on the extraction rate of the flavonoids. RESULIS The best extraction way was determined: using 50% ethanol as extractant, setting the ratio of material to liquid at 1:25, and extracting for 1.25 h at 80 ℃. Through this method, the highest yield of flavonoids was got as 14. 71 %. The content of total flavonoids of Tetracera asiatica from different producing areas in Guangxi was 6. 35 - 15.88 mg.g^-1 , averaging 11.52 mg.g ^-1. CONCLU- SION The extraction process is simple and feasible, and the content determination method is repeatable, both providing a ba- sis for quality control of Tetracera asiatica.
