摘　　要：文章系统回顾和总结了国外卫生绩效评估相关的理论模型,以及儿童卫生绩效评估的研究实践,并结合我国儿童卫生工作现状,初步提出了儿童卫生绩效评估指标体系框架。该框架包括儿童卫生投入、产出、结果 3个部分,内容涉及政策制定与落实、资源配置、系统管理、保健服务提供、疾病筛查与干预、服务监管、知晓与满意度、生存状况、营养水平和患病情况等10个方面。This article summarized the theoretical models and research situation about performance evaluation of children＇s health in some foreign countries and international organizations, combined with the current situation of children＇s health in our country, and developed the primary framework of indicator system. This framework consisted of input, output and outcome. The e- valuation contents mainly included policy making and implementation, resource allocation, systematic management, health care services providing, disease screening and intervention, supervision and management, knowledge and satisfaction, child survival, nu- trition and prevalence.
