摘　　要：文章通过分析澳大利亚一家三级公立医疗机构信息公开的机制和内容,深入分析其服务质量报告、可持续发展报告和年度报告的内涵。结合当前中国公立医院改革进程,建议中国医院信息公开应增加医院运行状况、财务状况等重要内容。文章还就信息公开下医院公益性、监督主体、医院内部管理等方面提出了政策建议。Based on research on system and contents of information disclosure in a tertiary hospital in Australia, connotation of the reports on quality of health care, sustainable development and annual report was analyzed. And combining with the advance- ment of health care system reform in China, some suggestions were put forward on the contents of information disclosure, including hospitals＇ operation and financial status. Further policy suggestions were put forward on the public welfare, subject of supervision and inner management of hospitals.
